retrain your brain with kriya, pranayama + meditation

Join me virtually on Tuesdays in January from 7-8pm for a kriya, breath + meditation session that aims to retrain the brain by stabilizing the nervous system after excitation. These classes will be activating to begin and stabilizing and relaxing to end. Create new memories in the brain of optimal response in times of stress. 

***Practice as many times as you like - classes will be recorded and available for replay for one week.
