Spend an evening outside connecting with yourself, your community and the land! Healing doesn’t always have to be a tear-filled catharsis (though that is always perfectly acceptable!) - it can be fun and enlivening. “It doesn’t have to be so serious” is a statement I’ve been working with which made me realize the need for more JOY, FUN and ECSTACY in my life!

Join Haley + friends at an outdoor location in DSM proper (location disclosed after ticket purchase) on July 14th for an evening of connection, breathwork, somatic movement and dance. Meet a new friend, treat yourself to some self-care products from Zhoosh, snag a tarot reading from Maddie, get high on your breath and move your body to an intentionally curated playlist full of emotive music.

4-6p: Social Hour (arrive when it works for you!)

6-8p: Somatic Disco

• Silent Disco

• Ecstatic dance + intuitive movement
• Community healing work

8-9p/sunset: Social Hour

• More connection - you are welcome to bring a picnic dinner, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages!

A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Iowa Jane Collective, a grassroots collective aimed at bringing people reproductive healthcare in Iowa (free emergency contraceptives, free pregnancy tests and abortion resources)
