Let your badass self OUT of the cage, with an evening full of enlivening energy, laughter, movement and release.

Join me for a breathwork journey + somatic disco, silent disco style!

Damiana tea will be available for you as you arrive, arousing your SWAGGER and grounding you into the present moment! (Not recommended for those who are pregnant)

You’ll be led through an activating tantric breathwork + kriya set designed to get your shakti flowing. Shut off the monkey mind, allow prana to flow and experience a new perspective on yourself.

Then - more magic. An enlivening, female-driven playlist to unleash your inner baddie. Be a boss, be a dominatrix, be a rockstar or just sing along and play! You get to decide how you move during the somatic disco - feeling into whatever your body needs, and noticing what arises within you without judgment.

We’ll take a conscious pause at the end to integrate our experience and open up for any shares or acknowledgments. This is NOT your typical ecstatic dance: the music is modern, upbeat, enlivening and FUN.

Join us for what is sure to be an evening of bad-assery. WEAR something that is comfortable enough to move in, but also makes you feel like a BOSS!

***Props will be available in limited quantities, but feel free to bring whatever comfort items from home (yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, blanket)

***Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before breathwork. HYDRATE all day, but slow down 30m before.
