As the year comes to an end, take the opportunity of the first quarter moon to put the past behind by releasing and clearing away all energetic obstacles! 

Evening will open with a channeled message from Marsha Kreho, psychic medium, for the collective, giving you a better understanding of what may need to be released and returned to source. 

Haley Niichel (breathwork facilitator and 500hr yoga teacher) will then facilitate a deep breathwork journey, using a potent technique that will connect you with the intelligence of your body and spirit. Silent Disco headphones will be used to create a deeply intimate experience, with an intentionally curated playlist designed to help you facilitate a release of stress, tension, and any accumulated energy which has overstayed its welcome. You’ll be safely held and encouraged to release 2022 fully with every exhalation. 

As you fully release, your channel will open, revealing visions of the inspiration you need to achieve your goals for 2023! After the breathwork journey, Marsha will reconnect with your spiritual team, loved ones passed, and ancestors, to further support your own inner knowing on how to move forward with inspired action.
