Humans are sensory seeking beings, and our life truly is an experience of energy through the senses. The desire for peak experiences is innate to being human - they can remind us that life is actually magical and can connect us to a power greater than ourselves.

An external factor is not required for a peak experience. We can use breathwork to enter non-ordinary states of consciousness. Rick Strassman, author of DMT: The Spirit Molecule, proposes that DMT can be released from the pineal gland by activating the breath and altering the oxygen/carbon dioxide ratio in the blood. Although it is unclear exactly what is happening on a chemical level, we know that breathwork can definitely change our consciousness state.  Once we take ourselves out of an ordinary state,, extraordinary events can occur: emotional release, trauma release, heart opening, spiritual expansion, a deep sense of interconnectedness. THIS is a peak experience.

Join Haley + Melodie for a multi-sensory and immersive, psychedelic breathwork + sound journey at the magical Iris Aisle. Evening will begin by creating a safe container via a community circle share, stating our intentions. Haley will then hold space and guide you through a potent breathwork journey intended to put you in a non-ordinary state. Energetic purging, emotional release, ecstasy + bliss - your experience will be exactly what you need at this moment in time. After the breathwork journey, Melodie will use the powerful healing ability of sound to help you integrate your peak experience, and will include Violet Flame reiki to further encourage the release and movement of stuck energy. With hearts wide open, we’ll have a closing circle with time to share any experiences and further connect with the community.
