A sensitive new Moon in Cancer (sidereal) calls for an stabilizing kundalini + meditation journey to support the emotional churning of the tides. 

Cancer is the crab - a hard outer shell and a soft, mushy inside. Refined Cancer is devotion, imaginative, contemplative, fertile + life sustaining. Cancer out of balance is unstable, moody, lacking in will and initiative, and demonstrates a holding pattern - the inability to let go. 

Join me outdoors (location disclosed after purchase) as we come together in spiritual practice under the energy of this new moon. We'll use Silent Disco headphones to drop into ourselves, but still connect with the elements. Somatic awareness practices will be interwoven into the experience as an opportunity to fully realize your body's wisdom. Emotive music will help you stay focused, engaged and will encourage a genetle release of tension + emotion.
