Full (super)Moon in Aquarius calls for a transcendental kundalini + breath journey to align with the energy of the cosmos. 

Aquarius is symbolized by the water pitcher, representing the human ego. Water is required for life, and the water bearer symbolizes the merging of the individual with universal life force. 

Join me outdoors (location disclosed after purchase) as we come together in spiritual practice under the energy of this full supermoon. We'll use Silent Disco headphones to drop into ourselves, but still connect with the elements. Somatic awareness practices will be interwoven into the experience as an opportunity to fully realize your body's wisdom. Emotive music will help you stay focused, engaged and will encourage a gentle release of tension + emotion. 

Please bring your own props: yoga mat, blanket, water, bolster or meditation cushion.
