About the event

Both Sun and Moon energy rest at the third eye - the Sun representing our masculine energetic flow, and the Moon our feminine. It is natural to gravitate back and forth between the two, but only when they are totally balanced and activated do we experience flow state - when a sense of timelessness, peace and ease enters our awareness and we can navigate our experience effortlessly. THIS is kundalini rising. Let’s come together and journey deep into spiritual practice, invoking peace, ease, joy and bliss of FLOW state.

Evening will begin with a voluntary share circle - declaring intentions, anything you want to let go, anything that is currently coming up for you. We will discuss how the flow state shows up for us in our daily lives. 

You will experience an intelligently woven breathwork and kundalini sequence to clear blockages, activate shakti (energy) and tune your breath to enliven heart intelligence. Balance the right and left sides of the brain, masculine and feminine energy flows, and get into the FLOW - where time doesn’t exist and all that does is a profound, deep connection with who you really are. Through ecstatic movement and dance, you’ll let go of the false self and let the illuminated self emerge. Cut off all external distractions with noise-canceling, silent disco headphones - where YOU get to decide how loud the sound goes.

After moving your body intuitively, you’ll be guided through a deep meditation in which you’ll experience an elevation and expansion of your consciousness to experience more and more of truth. Evening will end with a closing circle, with time to share and connect with community again.

***Breathwork is not for those who are pregnant.

***Wear clothes you can easily move in, and dress in layers. You may get cold during breathwork, and quite warm during ecstatic movement.

***Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before class.

***Bring a yoga mat, cushion, bolster, eye pillow, blanket - anything you need to feel comfortable both seated and laying down on the floor. Props will NOT be provided.
