The fall solstice is a time where day and night are exactly equal, and harvest season begins. This is a time to sink deeply into the frequency of gratitude. 

Join Haley + Melodie for a multi-sensory and immersive, kundalini breathwork + sound journey. Evening will begin by creating a safe container via a community circle share, stating our intentions. Haley will then hold space and guide you through a potent kundalini + breathwork journey intended to put you in a gratitude-filled bliss state. Energetic purging, emotional release, ecstasy + bliss - your experience will be exactly what you need at this moment in time. After the breathwork journey, Melodie will use the powerful healing ability of sound to help you integrate your peak experience, and will include Violet Flame reiki to further encourage the release and movement of stuck energy. With hearts wide open, we’ll have a closing circle with time to share any experiences and further connect with the community.
