You are being invited to experience the transformative qualities of breathwork + dance. Space will be held for you to expand into your realest, truest, highest-self. Through deep Himalayan breathwork, you will awaken + build prana (your life force energy). You'll then be invited to move your body intuitively to a carefully curated playlist that will empower you to call in confidence, empowerment, and whatever your soul is calling for with the receptive energy of the New Moon. There are no rules or requirements for moving your body in this space. You'll be encouraged to let down your guard + let your body move however you feel called.
