Take your self-care and self-love rituals to a new depth! Join us at Zhoosh for an evening of altered states reached through breathwork! All cannabis lovers welcome! (NOTE: Cannabis will not be served at this event and is still recreational illegal in Iowa.) 

We'll come together in a sharing circle to discuss how altered states (both through cannabis and breathwork) can create transformative shifts. We'll discuss the power of psychoactive plants and discuss how similar states can be reached via breathwork. 

Psychedelic breathwork is a breathing pattern that alkalizes the blood, oxygenates the cells, lights up dormant areas of the brain and can create deeply mystical and transformative experiences. You'll be taken on a deep journey into yourself as Haley encourages you to keep going deeper. Why do this? Psychedelic breathwork can release stuck energy opening up creative and intuitive channels, release old beliefs and patterns, and it can create the right environment for a psychedelic experience to occur without substance (visions, visuals, colors, shapes, etc). Silent Disco headphones will be used to block out all external sound! 

After the breathwork journey, we'll come together in circle again to share and you'll receive guidance to integrate your experience at home. Snacks and refreshments will be served, and you'll be treated to a 20% discount on any cannabis-inspired items you decide to purchase.
