Breathwork + ecstatic dance is a match made in heaven. We all have a deep need for play, self-expression and self-discovery. Via breath and intuitive movement, we can initiate a deep level of inner child healing, experience a new depth of self-acceptance, and find new ways to locate freedom within the body.

No experience necessary, the breathwork set will help you remove any barriers to entry that are getting in your way of true self-expression. Silent Disco headphones keep you locked inward, removing all external disturbances, helping you build a deeper connection with yourself. As you build prana, oxygen reaches untapped areas of the brain and creates new perspectives, emotional releases, bliss, joy and transcendental, non-ordinary states of consciousness. View your life through a new lens with breathwork!

After activating prana, you’ll be encouraged to move intuitively to a custom curated playlist designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Experience altered states through intuitive and free movement, taking up as much space as you want on the farm using the range of the headphones.

You'll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, energetically lighter and happier. Tickets include a beautiful take-home bouquet of fresh cut flowers grown right on the farm to infuse your home with more prana! 

NOTE: Food is not included, however vegan food options will be available for purchase from Olive O'Connell. 

$5 from each ticket will be donated to Iowa Farm Sanctuary.  Iowa Farm Sanctuary provides a safe haven to rescued farm animals in need of love and compassion while providing humans the opportunity to experience the unique sentience and intelligence found within these animals.

***You will receive an email a few days before the event with ALL the details! The email will come from Breath of Rebellion - please check your spam folders! You will be asked to bring props for sitting on the ground (yoga mat, cushion, blanket, etc)

***Ages 18+ only please. This style of breathwork is not advised for those who are pregnant or those with extremely high or low blood pressure, but you can come and join for the dance portion! See me prior to the event for a more appropriate breathwork practice.
