Journey out to Cedar Shake Farm in scenic Winterset for a Silent Disco Breathwork + Dance experience! Breathwork is beginner friendly and so is the dance! (Breathwork is not recommended for pregnancy or those with extremely high blood pressure, but you are welcome to Silent Disco Dance with us!) With Haley as your guide, you'll be taken through a beautiful inward journey, with all outside noise cancelled out with Silent Disco headphones.

You will have a deeply inward experience utilizing Himalayan breath techniques received and brought back from India. This is seated breathwork (bring a cushion and a blanket or yoga mat!), with the eyes closed - deep + rhythmic breathing. You'll be given clear, concise direction and guidance, so no worries about 'doing it wrong' or worrying about how you look! Once you settle into the breath, you will find a beautiful silence of the mind, and within this space, joy and ecstasy will arise!

Ecstatic dance is intuitive movement matched up to a playlist carefully designed to help you move the expansive energy you build internally from the breathwork. With your inhibitions lowered, you'll WANT to move your body in a way that feels good!

Breathwork + dancing can really work up an appetite, and Nourished is providing a vegan dinner! Moroccan Chickpea Quinoa Power Bowl: Mixed Greens will be topped with seasoned Chickpeas, Shredded Carrots, Quinoa w/ Mint & Parsley, Green Onions, and Golden Raisins. A sweet and crunchy topping of Dates and Pistachios will be the perfect garnish next to the Maple Lemon Dressing made from Olive Oil, Lemon, Maple Syrup, Cumin, a touch of Chili spice SHAZAM! (Vegan GF *contains nuts). You'll also get a healthy sweet treat!
