About the event

Be the master of your healing journey with a deep psychedelic breathwork journey with a potent vocal purge!  This style of breathwork has the ability to produce profound inner experiences which can activate new perspectives along your healing path. Breathwork gives us the capacity for deep self-exploration and a greater awareness of the innate intelligence that exists within all of us. Detoxifying and cleansing, this experience has the potential to unlock a potent release. 

*Journey will be themed on GRIEF and the five stages of processing it, with music coinciding with the stages, and wisdom channeled in regard to working through them. We've all experienced loss in some way, let your grief be seen and heard! 

This style of breathwork is simple yet transformative, and affects each person uniquely, but tends to invoke strong bodily sensations: let the wisdom of your body SPEAK. Join us at cozy and intimate Grateful Life Wellness for a cosmic journey you won't want to miss! Space is limited to 10 participants.

*This is a Silent Disco event - headphones will be used for sound.

Haley Niichel is a 500hr yoga teacher and spiritual coach, specializing in accessing altered states through breathwork and tantric kriyas. She provides intuitive counsel to those seeking healing using the modalities of yoga, Vedic Astrology, spiritual coaching, and somatic integration. 


***Your ticket purchase is non-refundable, no exceptions. It is NOT transferable to another event, but IS transferable to another person. 

***Contraindications:  pregnancy, ulcers, recent stomach/abdominal surgery, retinal detachment, vertigo, unmanaged high blood pressure, heart conditions. 

***Breathwork is best on an empty stomach, try to avoid eating for 2 hours before the journey (hydrate day of!) 

***Bring a pillow! Comfortable mats will be provided, but feel free to bring other comfort items you desire (eye mask, blanket, etc)
